One simple supplement can add several years to your life. This one is simple AND easy!
Take a dose of True Omega-3 once in the morning with your breakfast or shortly thereafter and take another dose in the evening with or just after the evening meal… Oh stop eating 3 hours before you go to bed, too. That’s a bonus tip. Simple, yes. Easy, maybe not so much.
I put a post it on my fridge. “Only apples after 8pm.” If I get a little hungry in the evening, I remind myself that the apple will help due to the vitamins and fiber. Ice cream won’t. So there is no ice cream in the freezer. Simple.
